Enable development of Kerala by identifying and promoting core competency industries of each region, creating walk-in and manufacture environments and wooing discerning investors from across the world.

Theme-Based Parks

KINFRA has adopted the concept of ‘Theme-Based-Parks’, by which each Park is developed for a particular industry. The common needs of the chosen industry are facilitated through the setting up of common facilities. In this way, KINFRA promotes the concept of ‘shared infrastructure’, as a result of which the investors can save investments on building, equipment, manpower and capital required for these common facilities.
