Vision

Create a Kerala where industry thrives in the midst of rich green enviorns and where people flourish in an environment that fosters growth and the freedom to innovate.

Mission

Enable development of Kerala by identifying and promoting core competency industries of each region, creating walk-in and manufacture environments and wooing discerning investors from across the world.

Theme-Based Parks

KINFRA has adopted the concept of ‘Theme-Based-Parks’, by which each Park is developed for a particular industry. The common needs of the chosen industry are facilitated through the setting up of common facilities.
